We offer Standard Shipping (5-7 business days), Express Shipping (2-3 business days), and Next-Day Delivery (order before 2 PM). Free standard shipping on orders over €49. All orders include tracking and insurance.
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Personalized and engraved items cannot be returned unless defective. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Order History section. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.
Visit our Size Guide for detailed measuring instructions. For rings, wrap a piece of string around your finger and measure the length in millimeters. For bracelets, measure your wrist circumference and add 1-2 cm for comfort.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be changed. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make changes.
We're sorry for any inconvenience! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, including return shipping.
